I enjoyed myself thoroughly… the visit to DSP was a very special for many of us…. I just wish our graduate students had the funds to attend this year’s conference…. everything was incredibly professional and beneficial for all of us. Congrats to all the leaders of the conference!

This was my second year at CAL-Ed. I live in the Bay Area, and it was well worth the trip all the way down to San Diego. I am the parent of a young, Deaf child, and I picked up so much information that will be helpful at my daughter’s next IEP. Thank you so much for supporting Bilingual/Bicultural Education. It is nice to know that “business as usual” is not going to get results and how to go about getting results for my child. I’m looking forward to next year. See you all then!

I thought the conference went extremely well; however, online registration was not organized and there were some confusions on making a payment.

Unfortunately I was not able to attend the whole conference but enjoyed visiting with my peers and vendors. Also enjoyed the Friday night performance.

This was a fabulous CAL-Ed conference. I am applying so much of what I learned over the three days. I enjoyed the tour of Dawn Sign Press as well.

Overall, I think the information at the conference was helpful. I especially found the session on autism presented from a mother’s point of view awesome. It gave me a lot of information that I was able to share with parents that have children who are on the autism spectrum. Keep up the good work.

For me this Cal-Ed was one of the best conferences I’ve attended, and it built a sense of urgency in me.
