CAL-ED Online Forum 

Members of CAL-ED have full access to an online message board in which members are able to network with other professionals throughout the state. Our goal is to provide an excellent tool to help the CAL-ED members stay informed and connected to the events and issues facing all of us in deaf education and to help build the CAL-ED Community.

The forums page is a place for CAL-ED members to post information, comments, questions and news to other members. Forums on the page include CAL-ED Business, Teaching (divided into K-6, 7-12, itinerant, and early intervention categories), Area News, General Discussion, Technology and Parents.

The forums page is only accessible to current CAL-ED members. Please read the Terms of Use before registering for the forum. When you visit the forum for the first time, you will be asked to register. When you create a NEW account in the discussion forums, you can use your favorite username and password. Your account will need to be approved before you are able to use the forum. If you have not received an email from the CAL-ED forum within three days, please email the website administrator for assistance. In addition, if you need password assistance, please email the website administrator and she will assign you a new password.

This online Forum is maintained an operated by the California Educators of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing organization. You must be a current dues paying member of CAL-ED  in order to register and use this online Forum.  By registering for this online Forum, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use:

When you register as a Member, you will create a username and password. The username selected must be unique and acceptable to CAL-ED, and each member may only have one member name. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the username and password. CAL-ED reserves the right to delete or refuse the registration of any account at any time for any reason. You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the CAL-ED online Forum, for any posts you make, and for any consequences thereof.  Please choose carefully the information you post on the CAL-ED Forum and that you provide to other Users.  Please respect the confidentiality of the students and co-workers that you work with.
