The California Education of the Deaf (CAL-ED) Board invites your organization, business, or corporation to serve as an exhibitor at the 2026 CAL-ED Conference on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Fremont, California.

This year's conference theme, Signs of the Future: AI in Deaf Education, will feature engaging workshops and presentations focused on advancing educational opportunities and innovation for Deaf students, their families, and the Deaf community. We look forward to bringing together educators, administrators, service providers, families, and community members from across California for a day of learning, collaboration, and connection.

Exhibiting at the CAL-ED Conference is an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization, products, services, and resources while connecting with educators, administrators, families, and community partners from across California. Your participation helps strengthen partnerships that promote educational excellence, language access, and equitable opportunities for Deaf students.

To maximize visibility and attendee engagement, exhibit tables will be centrally located near workshop sessions and common gathering areas throughout the conference.

Please Note: Exhibit space is limited. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Conference sponsors receive priority booth placement based on their sponsorship level. We encourage early registration to secure your exhibit space. Electrical outlets will not be available in the exhibit area, so please plan your display accordingly.

Exhibitor Registration Options

Option 1 – Exhibitor Only

Ideal for organizations that wish to exhibit only.

Includes:

• One exhibit table

• Two chairs

• Up to two exhibitor representatives

• Company listing in the conference program and on the CAL-ED website

• Meals and conference sessions are not included.

Fees

Register for an exhibit table only (per organization): 

Option 2 – Exhibitor + Conference Registration

Ideal for exhibitors who wish to participate fully in the conference.

Includes:

• Full conference registration for each representative

• Access to all conference workshops

• Conference meals and refreshments

• One exhibit table

• Two chairs

• Company listing in the conference program and on the CAL-ED website

Fees

Register each representative at the regular conference registration rate, plus the reduced exhibit table fee (50% of the standard exhibit-only fee) listed below (per organization).

Exhibition Hours

Saturday, November 7, 2026

7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Exhibitor Set-Up

9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open

4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. — Exhibitor Breakdown

(Schedule subject to change based on the final conference agenda.)

Please notify the Exhibitor Coordinator by September 28, 2026, if you require American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services at your exhibit booth so appropriate accommodations can be arranged.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All exhibitor registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations or failure to attend the conference.

Registration Deadline

To reserve your exhibit space, please register atwww.cal-ed.org by September 14, 2026.

Exhibit space is limited and booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Conference sponsors receive priority booth placement based on their sponsorship level. We encourage organizations to register early to secure a booth.

Please note: that electrical outlets will not be available in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors should plan displays accordingly and ensure any equipment can operate without access to electrical power.
